This place is amazing! A very comfortable apartment in an old palace close to bars and restaurants. We felt so lucky to be able to stay here.

Loved the location and character of the beautiful building. Also enjoyed the spaciousness. The sofa bed was very comfortable. A few minor things could make the stay perfect (as opposed to near perfect) A tea towel and clean washing up sponge in the kitchen, plugs in the sinks and bidet, the toilet flush repaired. The towel rail fell off the wall.... I didn't communicate our ETA to the host so felt responsible for some of these last minute details not being addressed. It didn't spoil our stay in lovely Bologna!

Excelent location. 5 minutes from Asineli tower, so it couldn't be better. Despite the location it was very quiet in apartment. Street life was inaudiable.

We loved the old town atmosphere and the location of this apartment, very close to the monumental Two Towers of Bologna! The instructions to find it were clear, it was warm and well-eqiupped, clean and spacious. Definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect, the apartment was next to the center,just 5 min by walk, the place was a masterpiece,a really palace,clean,warm, hot water 24/7, and the host was really nice, friendly and there for you when you need him. I totally recommend it and i will choose this place in my next trip to Bolonga

Great appartment on the great place - historical place with amazing location. Only 3 minutes or less to walk to the towers. You are right in the city center. Equipped with all you can need - kitchen, bathroom etc. Quiet place, good for rest. Communication with owner very flexible nad OK. Keys were in the caffe right at the towers.

The location is perfect, very close to main attractions and about 20 minutes on foot from the train station. Unforgettable experience of living in a 16th century palace is a rare find. The apartment has all needed facilities including washing machine, microwave, etc. Very nice to stay if you have a baby. Cozy and clean

Oh Bologna, Oh Appartmenti Fantuzzi, we simply adored our stay in both. The facilities, located in the courtyard of a Palace, are fantastic. Beds were good, bathroom and kitchen, and our hosts communications were excellent. This is a great venue, some 150m from the towers, but the location is so quiet and peacefull, and when you walk into the doors of the Palace, you step from a bustling city, into tranquillity. Would definitely stay again and it is highly recommended
